Description:

Tray Forming and Sealing (Lidding) Equipment

Advantage Machinery line of Lidding Equipment are built with quality and performance in mind. There are 3 basic models, beginning with a Semi-Automatic system where the operator places up to 2 trays at a time and they push the feeding section into the sealing area. Once the sealing cycle completes the operator pulls the tray and removes the finished trays.
The automatic tray sealer has a continuous flow. The trays are fed onto the feeding lines which automatically transport the trays into the sealing section. After the trays get sealed they get delivered in the exit conveyor.
The LD-FS has the built-in tray former. The raw material is roll fed and goes through the forming molds. The formed trays pass through a feeding station where either the trays can get manually filled or can be integrated with an automatic filling system. The tray then gets sealed and they are separated.
The machines can be custom made  to fit the customer's specific applications.
