The MMM-110 is a fully automated machine for the manufacturing of surgical mask. The machine takes 3 layers of non-woven material and feeds them together. First they pass through a set of rollers that pleats the mask. Next the Plastic Covered Wire gets fed into the top edge of the layers and the it folds over to cover it. The group then goes into an ultrasonic welding device that seals the 4 edges. This is followed by a rotary cutter to have a finished blank. Once the blanks are made they are turned and divided into 2 lanes. They then enter the strap feeding section where the elastic bands are fed from spool, cut to size and welded onto the mask. The finish mask are then Stacked and delivered by conveyor belt where the operator feeds them onto the desired packing station.
