The Advantage Machinery Continuous Motion Side Sealer are manufactured using the most modern technology available. The SE Series machine is a special machine designed for e-Commerce Fulfilments centers.
The machine is controlled with 4 servo motors to ensure accuracy and speed. The machine is controlled via a touch screen control. The infeed conveyor automatically spaces the product and feeds it onto the sealing conveyor, where the product is side sealed continuously. The product then continues onto the takeaway conveyor and is cross sealed. The cross seal is synchronized with the transfer seal belt, creating a continuous motion, the product never stops. The continuous motion ensures a stable product transfer and avoids product slipping as it will never stop throughout the entire sealing process. The back and forth of the box motion are also controlled with a servo motor. This machine allows for a variety of products to be packaged, including very long and variable length products. The machine is easy to change over and operate and comes equipped with a 6’ belted power conveyor.
