    Machine for the Manufacturing of File Folders

     

    The Garrido Manufacturing Model FF-18 is a fully automatic file folder manufacturing machine. The machine is roll fed using an unwind stand with expandable shafts, which has an automatic tension control system and also a bar to eliminate the curve of the paper. Optionally you can add a flexographic printing tower, which has 2 printing units to print 1 color per side. The printing unit is used to print logos, designs, barcodes and various items on the surface of the folder.

    Next, the paper passes through the rotary die section. In this position the shape of the tab is cut and also the decorative edges. The die also forms the creases on the paper for the pre-folds. Optionally the section can also cut the insertion slots that are used for the inserts hooks. The folder then passes through a transport bridge to the folding section where it is folded in the required position and delivered by the delivery table. The operator chooses the number of folders he wishes to count and the delivery table automatically creates a separation so that it is easy for the operator to pack in the correct groups.
