    High Speed Continuous Motion Side Sealer

     

    The Advantage Machinery Servo Series is a line of continuous motion side sealers manufactured using the most modern technology available. The machine is controlled with 4 servo motors to ensure accuracy and speed. The infeed Servo Motor drives 9.5ft lug infeed conveyor, which brings the product directly into the center folded film.  This feature allows for additional film savings. The product goes onto the servo controlled side sealing conveyor and finally passes through to the servo controlled take away conveyor. The sealing function is continuous motion, which means the belts do not stop. This allows for fast speeds and also to avoid product slipping. The back and forth of the box motion is also controlled with a servo motor. The machine is easy to change over and operate. 

     

    Some of the machine features are:

    • Touch screen control with preset memory for different jobs.
    • Machine includes heavy duty castors for easy movement.
    • Quick change over.
    • Rotary levers and engraved rulers to facilitate main adjustments.
    • 6 micros perforation wheels with interchangeable pins and back up brush.
    • Horizontal and vertical sensors for the packaging of different products.
    • Film scrap takeaway wheel.
    • Solid teflon coated sealing knife make a consistent seal and are long lasting.
    • Automatic change over available.
    • Can come with optional features such as:
      • 9ft Motorized infeed conveyor
      • 9ft Motorized intermitent conveyor
      • Stainless steel construction
