    High Speed Continuous Motion Vertical Cross Seal

     

    The Advantage Machinery Servo Series is a line of continuous motion side sealers manufactured using the most modern technology available. The machine is controlled with 4 servo motors to ensure accuracy and speed. The infeed conveyor automatically spaces the product and feeds onto the sealing conveyor, where the product is side sealed continuously.  The product then continues on the takeaway conveyor and is cross sealed.  The cross seal is synchronized with the transfer seal belt, creating a continuous motion, the product never stops.  The continuous motion ensures a stable product transfer and avoids product slipping as it will never stop throughout the entire sealing process.  The back and forth of the box motion are also controlled with a servo motor.  This machine allows for a variety of products to be packaged, including very long and variable length products.  The machine is easy to change over and operate and comes equipped with a 6' belted power conveyor.

    • 6 Micro perforation wheels with interchangeable pins and backup brush.
    • Horizontal and vertical sensor selection for different product detection.
    • Scrap take away wheel.
    • Solid knife sealing blade; makes consistent seals with many different films and has a long operational life.
    • 3 piece insert is also available
