The PSW-IL is an advanced solution to automate the stretch wrapping process. The operator places the pallet in the infeed conveyor, and it gets transported to the stretch wrapping station where it automatically places the film, wraps the pallet and cuts the film. After the pallet is done it is transported to the discharge station. The machine features a Siemens PLC system which controls all the machine functions. A touch screen panel allows the operator to easily run the machine. The machine can wrap pallets of different weights and sizes without the need to do any adjustments. The Power Pre-Stretch causes an automatic stretching of the film that allows for better efficiency on the raw materials.
